HEALTH CARE PROTOCOLS
Beloved Guests,
During this difficult time for us all, your health and safety is of utmost priority for us! For this reason, we apply a health care protocol to enjoy your holiday on our island, with safety guaranteed for everyone.
Abiding with health sanitation, physicals distancing, avoiding touching faces and in general personal and respiratory hygiene is required by all. For the staff’s and the guest’s health protection purposes, check-ins will take place directly in the open areas in the room’s private patio. New check-in time is at 15:00pm and new check-out time is at 11:00am so that rooms can be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected and aired out through natural ventilation. Reception will remain closed during the season 2022. The guests will be contacting the reception via e-mail or message.
Each guest must have paid the amount of their accommodation via internet banking service before their arrival.
Before your arrival, rooms will be cleaned with a steam appliance. Will take place meticulous cleaning and very good room ventilation between stays of guests. Will be used disinfection inside and outside of the room. (wc, kitchen, floor and furnitures). Also, will be done disinfection of the air condition filters. TV and air conditioner controls will have disposable covers and in each room will be placement of individual antiseptic gels. Cards and keys will be disinfected. The bed linens and towels are washed in dry cleaner.
During your stay, the daily cleaning of rooms during the stay of guests will be avoided (this is for housekeeping staff to avoid coming in contact with possible cases and to prevent further transmission), but the change of sheets and towels, floor and wc disinfection, and garbage removal will be carried out every three nights, during times quests not inside. Extra towels for use will be in the closet. Our staff will abide by the required measures of personal hygiene, like protective gloves, mask and full body protection form during their presence in the rooms. For the 2020 season, the transfer service of the guests from / to the port or the airport will be not work.
The guest must follow and respect the property's health care policy, follow all personal protection measures while being in spaces of the residences but also while not being on the grounds of Terra Oliva. The property maintains every right to cease any guests' stay, should it be discovered that the guest does not abide by the above rules.
